Every price on this page is the price you would be charged, in Canadian dollars before HST. Nothing here is rounded up in your quote. After you book, nothing is added unless you ask for add-ons, or we find hidden damage on site, which we quote first and you can always decline.
Includes professional interior paint, standard preparation, cutting-in, protecting your room, and cleanup. The premium paint upgrade is listed separately below.
Room size is the floor area, for ceilings under 12 ft. A space over 350 sq ft (an open main floor, say) is split into rooms, or you send us your rooms and we confirm the price. Ceilings 11 ft and up, vaulted ceilings and stairwells over 10 ft are quoted by a painter. Taller walls: 9 ft ceilings add 10% to that room's walls price and 10 ft ceilings add 20%, each shown as its own dollar line on your quote.

Each room after the first costs less, because setup is paid once: small $665, medium $905, large $1,140 (lived-in). In an empty home, each room after the first: small $585, medium $800, large $1,015 (empty home).

No payment is taken when you submit. A person verifies your photos, then you receive a written contract with the final price. A deposit becomes payable only once you accept it.
