Workmanship warranty: 3 years, for every customer
Every job we paint has a 3-year workmanship warranty. Scuffs and marks from everyday life come under our free touch-up, Oops Coverage, below.
What's covered
- Paint we applied that peels, flakes, blisters, cracks or comes loose, for the full 3 years
- Trim, doors and ceilings we painted, on the same terms
- Drips, lap marks or patchy coverage, if reported within 30 days of the job finishing
- Repairs by our crew, in the colour on file in your paint passport, always free
What's not covered
- Cracks in the wall or ceiling itself (drywall, plaster, settling)
- Water, leaks, moisture or mould damage
- Everyday wear, impacts, harsh cleaning, pets or kids (see the free touch-up below)
- Surfaces we didn't paint, or customer-supplied paint
- Work someone else has altered or painted over since
Oops Coverage: free touch-up
One visit within 6 months of the job, up to 2 hours, for scuffs, scratches and marks on walls we painted. Holes needing patching and full walls aren't included.

Email a photo and your address to hello@maplecoatpainting.ca. We book warranty and touch-up visits within 14 days of your claim.
