Interior painting in Stittsville

Nail pops and settling. New framing dries and shifts in the first years, which can push out drywall screws and open hairline gaps at corners. Filling ordinary nail holes and minor dents (up to about a dozen per room) is included. If there's more, a flat minor-prep line ($80 / $105 / $130) appears before you send anything.

Open-concept main floors. Large rooms (living room or open main area) are $1,270 lived-in. A darker accent wall is an $80 add-on.

Picking colours for a new house
